#46: How to Deal with Discouragement

Summary
We are here today looking at how discouragement affects your business and your personal life. We are going to talk about practical ways on how to deal with discouragement.
We speak about putting in the time and effort to see a project or an event through and not finding the results we were expecting. When we are deprived of courage or confidence, we are experiencing discouragement. You’re trying to get through the “crashing waves of life” and be successful. Today I’m going to tell you three reasons to keep you going!
Tune into the episode to listen to why you should persist and keep going, even through discouragement. Focused intensity over time, multiplied by God, gives you the momentum to keep going, also when we want to throw in the towel. Go to God in prayer, journal, meditate, or one of the eleven items I mention to rebound from discouragement. Make sure to re-evaluate your circumstance when needed. Remember to take a break and get some rest to restore your health and wellness to fill your own cup as you fill the cup of others.
