#52: Your Mid-Year Check In
We’ve reached that point in the year where it’s time to take a minute and regroup. Have you done your mid-year check-in? Have you taken a moment to take out your list of goals from the beginning of the year and evaluate if you’re on track to reach them? On this episode, I want to give you some tips on how to check-in with yourself and your goals!
Here are some quick reminders for you while you evaluate your goals and next steps for the second half of the year.
1 Recommit to honoring your word to yourself.
2 What you feed your mind determines your appetite.
3 Go back and reflect on the lessons that you learned and the mistakes that you made.
4 Focus on making your business better, not just bigger.
